I am taking on two major challenges in 2010 to raise money for our local Air Ambulance. The Sussex Air Ambulance is part of the Kent Air Ambulance trust which flies two helicopters across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Flying at up to 150 miles an hour, they can reach many parts of the county in a fraction of the time it would take by road!!

Flying with a doctor on board, the Air Ambulance takes the A&E to the patient and in so doing, saves many lives. The charity relies almost entirely on public donations to raise the £1.7 million it needs to keep the Sussex helicopter flying each year, so I hope that you will help to keep this amazing service running by sponsoring me to Cycle 1100 MILES from London to Genvea Via Paris and Switzerland in Sept 2010 when I will be cycling about 137 miles a day!!

I feel so strongly about the charity I am now apart of that I also run the First ever Brighton Marathon on the 18th of April 2010 and managed to finish it in  a time of 4 and half hours and came in, in place 3999 out off 7500 finishers and 12000 registered runners I am going to be running more and more now after running in the Brighton marathon  as it has enspired to take on more challanges in life next year I will be running three marathons in three weeks and they will be the Paris, Brighton and the London marathons.
