Phil and I are taking part in The Rocky Road walk on 8/9th June, to raise awareness of mental ill health, in memory of our friend Lee Rogers, who tragically lost his battle with this terrible illness last June. 

The Rocky Road walk leaves Slebbech in the the dark, and will arrive at Saundersfoot in the light, the night time walk represents the battle of depression from the darkness into the light. This event is organised by Ana, in memory of her beloved husband Lee, to ensure that their sons grow up proud of their dad and in a world where mental health problems are properly understood.
