I am taking to the streets of Hull on 19th May with some friends from University.  I am running for MacMillan in memory of friends and family that have lost their lives to cancer but also to celebrate those who have won their battle with cancer.  I will be joining my friend Nicky who last year under went treatment for breast cancer at the age of 40 - this year she is celebrating by taking part in this 10k race.

I will then be once more 'Gannin alang the Scotswood Road' for the Balydon Race in June and finally in September hope to complete my 5th Great North Run.  A total of 25 miles from the three runs - thankfully not all in one go!
