Yes I am dusting off my running shoes!

As you know, the furthest I usually run is to a taxi, so this really is a big thing for me. I am taking part in the Sponsored Santa Dash in Nonsuch Park, Cheam on 12th December 2009. All money raised will go to St Raphael's Hospice in Sutton. http://www.straphaelshospice.org.uk/

I thoroughly appreciate every penny donated - even if it is 50p. My target of £360.00 would be the equivalent of paying one nurse for 24 hours.  

3rd Dec update: yes I am actually officially in training! My dog and I are jogging round the block in the dark at night (only when it's not raining though).
