This is my first 10k & I feel very privileged to be running it for Freddie’s Friends.

Freddies Friends was set up in memory of Freddie Appleyard, Freddies Friends raise funds for specialist equipment, therapies, toys, short breaks and any help possible for local children in and around Hull with disabilities, life limiting illnesses and organisations associated with disabled children
