Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So here I am again...I ran the half marathon 2 years ago and completed in a time of 2hrs 13 mins.  I clearly forgot how much it hurt when I signed up for this year!

I am running for charity so please dig deep and support The Cardiff Institute for the Blind (details opposite.)  In a crazy way I am really looking forward to it and would encourage anyone to give something like this a go.
