I'm celebrating my 50th birthday at the end of the year by walking just over 100 miles along the South Downs Way. That's 2 miles for every year I've been lucky enough to live on this beautiful planet. I'm adding a zero to make my target an acheivable £500, please donate whatever you can afford, no matter how small or large it will be very welcome.

I will be joined on the walk by my sister Brenda Griffin, she is raising money for Help for Heroes and my brother Shaun Griffin, he is raising money for Canine Partners. 

We are funding all our expenses ourselves, so every penny pledged will go directly to our named charities.

You have been a part of my life picture at some point during my 50 years and I have specific memories of you. You in part make me who I am today.

I'm hosting 5 social events (all very different) in total over my 50th year and hope you may be able to attend at least one or all :)

The Hospice movement is amazing, providing care for  terminally ill people of all ages and from all walks of life. Please help by supporting me on this walk.
