My story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page! I never, ever thought I would catch myself saying these words in public, out loud or online but here they are..."I ran a 5K race!"

I trained for 9 weeks and really am a classic couch potato to 5k runner. Along the way I have caught the running bug and am going to aim for 10k next! And get my speed up too hopefully. I've been raising funds for the charity that I work for, the Catholic Children's Society (Westminster) and you can still make a donation (I would love to meet my fundraising target!).

We are an absolutely brilliant charity that helps children and families who have found themselves in domestic, relationship and personal crisis and who need immediate support. We offer community based social work services, counselling, play therapy, psychotherapeutic and mediation services and Family Centres to address the problems that can stop children from reaching their full physical, emotional and educational potential. We help children and families of all races, religions and faiths. So please dig deep and donate now!
