We fund research into type 1 diabetes to find a cure for type 1 diabetes

Story

On 30th October 2011, Dad Lee, Mum Allison, and Auntie Julie will be taking on the Little SOD (The Sussex Obstacle Dash) - a 5k obstacle course, in aid of JDRF (Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation). Will we get muddy? YES!!! Will we be knackered? YES!!! Are we daunted? NO!!!! But we will be proud to raise money for JDRF who have done so much for Diabetes Research and have provided help and support for our little Isabel who was first diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in Sept 2009. *********************LITTLE SOD UPDATE 1.10.11*************** TEAM YEAH have just become aware that the Little SOD has been cancelled this year due to it not being 'viable', to avoid letting down our sponsors, and JDRF, we have decided to change the venue to CARDIAC PASS. Cardiac Pass is a particular section of the local Hastings Country Park which is a particular challenge, even when walking it! Team Yeah undertake to jog/run/crawl around the route TWICE! Dependant on the weather, mud may or may not enter into the equation, but can be supplied if need demands!
