People frequently suggest that it would be a good idea for me to throw myself off a tall building.  I decided that if I'm going to do it, it should be for an excellent cause.  I'm abseiling off St Mary's church tower in Swanage (100ft) for I*EAT, a charity offering support to people with eating disorders.  My beautiful wife volunteers for this charity and I think what they do is amazing and truly worthy of such a terrifying endeavour.  I would be very grateful for any contribution you would be willing to make to help this great cause and all the work they do.  Thank you!
