In May 2017 myself and a group of truly unfit 20-somethings are getting 'in the saddle' and cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Stroke Association.

The cycle ride is in memory of Tina Trafford who aged just 53 suffered a devastating Stroke despite being incredibly fit and healthy. Aside from raising money we want to raise awareness of Strokes and how they can affect anyone.

We have set an ambitious target to raise £100,000 which will go towards improving the lives of those affected by Stroke. The charity works with stroke survivers, health professionals and the government to give help and create solutions for those affected by stroke.
