As a family (well press ganged by me really) we are all getting on our bikes on 8th July! 

My company is raising £70,000 over 70 days and cycling 7,000 miles from all our uk and Europe offices, to celebrate our 70th anniversary in business. The chosen charity is Alzheimer's society. 

None of us have been on our bikes for a while with the exception of emily so I'm expecting her to do much better than any of us. The journey starts at cambridge north station and takes us along the guided busway to st Ives and back again, ending in a BBQ at the green dragon, Chesterton. We are expecting to be walking like John Wayne on Sunday which should be visual entertainment enough. That said there are another 18 people doing the same and we would really love it if you could sponsor us for a worthy cause.

If not for me, or andrew then for young Emily who is super excited to be doing this and for Ben who feels his street cred will improve drastically by showing his charitable side
