So, there's a nice charity event in Tignes with the goal of descending the vertical height of Mount Everest in a day.  8848m of descent in a day is quite a bit and will actually require at least a dash of effort on my part and probably some sore palms so, you know, hand over your cash.

Alzheimer's Research is a great charity and hopefully will sort that shit out before we get too old.
