I work for Llamau, a registered homelessness charity that supports  disadvantaged young people and vulnerable women accross South Wales.

I will be doing a sponsored Abseil on the 20th October 2011 at Penallta Rocks in Caerphilly. All funds raised will go to my projects at Llamau and be used to buy Christmas gifts and food for the young people we work with as often these will be the only gifts they will get this Christmas.

Any donations would be greatfully received and very much appreciated.
