Hola a tod@s !!!

 Este año tengo un nuevo reto !!!!!  voy a intentar correr 3 maratones ( Barcelna , Edimburgo y Berlín ) . El año pasado cuando empecé con esta neura de las Maratones lo hice realmente por dos razones una  como un reto personal , el demostrarme que con disciplina y constancia era posible acabar dignamente los 42kms , y la otra era la de recaudar fondos para una fundación que ayda a niños descapacitados para la "charity" PhabKids ( http://www.phabkids.com/ ) me había puesto un objetivo de 2000 euros aproximadamente del que me quedé bastante lejos....así que este año quiero con vuestra ayuda conseguir completar mis dos objetivos principales por los que voy a correr durante 2010 , el de la satisfacción personal este lo tengo claro que lo conseguiré , pero el de recaudar todo el dinero posible para PhabKids necesita de vuestra implicación , recordad que de una manera u otra participareis de este reto tan interesante !!!!!!!!! recordad que vuestros nombre aparecerán en las camisetas que utilizaré en las maratones , es otra manera de correr una Maraton !!!!!!

I have a new challenge for this year !!!!!! I will try to run 3 marathons ( Barcelona , Edinburgh and Berli ) Last year when i went mental about Marathons it was because I did it for 2 main reasons , one was as a personal challange to show my self taht with discipline I could be able to complete the 26 miles with dignity and the second one was to fundrise money for PhabKids charity ( www,phabkids.com ) I targeted £2000 but I get quite short........therefore this year I want with your help and effort to reach both targets . My own satisfaction for finishing I got that clear that could be reachable but I need you all to rise as much money we can towards PhabKids and get involved in such exciting challenge !!! An d remember , you will be running with me , your names will be printed in my running vest , is another way to run a Marathon !!!!!!
