Dear friends,

Following hiking the 24 miles in a day that left me with blisters for a week, I am going to be cycling from London to Windsor and back this Sunday (6th September) while singing constantly (cello would have been a struggle) to try to raise some money for Music4Children, the charity I am chair of.  100% of the money raised will go directly towards the completion of the orphanage and day centre we are building just outside of Kathmandu.

I am doing this on a whim because I have not experienced sufficient physical discomfort in recent weeks and I could really do with some bad saddle sores.
