Having reached the heady heights of 125kg last summer, combined with an early mid-life crisis, I decided to enter the Florida Ironman 2010. As cycling is a major part of Ironman it's been the main focus of my training thus far. So when the opportunity to participate in the Dallaglio Cycle Slam came my way it was impossible to say no. Being part of such an incredible event and having the chance to raise money for the charities supported by the Dallaglio Foundation is an honour and I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible in 2010 by combining these two undertakings, so I'd be grateful for your support.
