I was saddened to hear the news that Mathew had passed away so tragically. Thinking of Mathew brought back many memories of growing up in South Wales; watching my brother and Matt play sport and watching his band at the Mason's Arms. Many a night was spent belting out the lyrics to 'A Thousand Trees' by the Stereophonics. 

I have set myself a target to run 10K and to anyone that knows me, I'm a fair weather jogger who's a bit rusty at the moment! I'd be grateful of any donations to the Samaritans charity.
