Hi,

I have rather foolishly agreed to part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London this October!  

I'm running for the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry, the charity I have been volunteering for over the last year.  The FANY provides teams of volunteers to assist the civil and military authorities with emergency response during major incidents in London.

So please dig deep and donate.  Basically, the more you donate, the more I will train and the more likely I am to survive the whole experience!
