On the first weekend of September I will be take part in the Three Peaks Challenge! Where we will be climbing the highest mountain in Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1345m), followed by England's highest peak (Scafell Pike - 978m), followed by Wales' highest mountain (Snowdon - 1085m) in just 24 hours (including travel). This challenge will test our individual strength, as well as our strength as a group. The University of Essex Climbing Club are raising money for 'Climbers against Cancer', a charity which was originally set up for a fellow climber, but now lives on in his memory.
