Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This summer, me and a group of medical students are heading out to Kenya to take part in projects run by the Kenyan Orphan project. The Kenyan Orphan Project exists to support orphans and vulnerable children in Kenya on issues of health, education and social welfare, fighting poverty, disease, social exclusion and injustice. During our stay we will be involved in building, teaching and helping out in schools, feeding and children's street centres. In order to further support the cause, we are fundraising for the charity. We pay for all our own costs, so 100% of the money raised goes straight to funding the projects in Kenya where it can make a whole world of difference. Through a small donation, not only will existing projects be sustained, but future schools, hospitals and feeding centres can be built to reach out to even more disadvantaged children.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you :)
