The #1000BreadChallenge!

SKT Welfare have established a bakery in Syria to which they supply flour, fuel and maintenance. The bakery distributes bread - free of charge - to hundreds of families within 7 local refugee camps on a daily basis. Since it began this particular project has benefitted 243,100 people; a phenomenal achievement.

The charity purchases the flour and other ingredients required to make bread - including yeast and salt – and a tonne of flour produces roughly 1000 packs of bread; each pack containing 10 loaves. An individual would typically consume about 2 loaves per meal, so a single pack would suffice the average Syrian family for one meal.

The challenge is simple I need:

100 people to donate £7 or,

50 people to donate £14 or,
