This year Ambivent’s chosen charity is the Motor Neurone Disease Association a Northampton based charity.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting.

We have been foolish enough to enter the Isle of Wight challenge to walk 106km (66m) around the coast non-stop. Anything you can spare for this worthwhile charity would be appreciated by us all.
