I have chosen to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation due to its wonderful work in enriching the lives of seriously ill children by granting magical wishes. Individual wishes not only create precious memories for these children and their families but also create moments of happiness during difficult times characterised by hospitals, diagnosis and medical treatment. 

The multi-day mountain range trek, reaching altitudes of over 4000m, will no doubt be a challenge, however it is one which I am ready to embrace to raise money and awareness for such a worthy cause.
