My aim is to raise £1000 to support the Syrian/Iraqi refugees who have fled their homes due to the fighting Syria & Iraq. The current political situation is looking extremely bleak with no end in sight to the fighting, more and more people are being killed or displaced in the 100's of thousands. Therefore I'm responding to this by fundraising to help establish a disability clinic for children and orphans living in Al-Zataari refugee camp in Jordan. The rehabilitation center will provide a suitable place for children with various types of disabilities such as physical, sensory and mental impairments; provide parents with the necessary training in order to care for their disabled children; purpose-build mosque and a sewing factory to give the refugees actual work and develop a level of independence. It truly is a LONG TERM project that will aid so many of our brothers and sisters so I ask you to please donate whatever you can for this amazing cause, I appreciate all your support!
