Hi everyone,

I have decided to participate in the British 10k run with Islamic help. I am running for Palestinian refugees, Birth Clinics and Gaza. I hope you all find it within your heart to donate and help, essentially you are helping families, mothers and children who are in an unsafe environment and require basic help in healthcare, if that's not motivation enough then donate because those who know me know this run will be a massive challenge!
