I'm running and cycling in the London Duathlon in Richmond Park on Saturday 13th September (along with my friend Emyr Thomas). The Duathlon consists of a 9km run, a 20km cycle, and a final 5km run.

Having started my training a little late, I've now managed the 9km run and the 20km cycle on separate training days - I just need to combine them both and run the 5km on the day!

I'm raising funds for Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity, which supports the hospital where I work. The funds the Charity raises will enhance facilities on the hospital's paediatric wards - helping to make sure that the hospital can continue to provide the best possible care for children.
