thank you every one for the huge support so far you all are amazing! my jump has been rebooked for the 2nd of February so please keep sponsoring and help me raise as much as i possibly can for this fantastic cause we are now on our way to helping to hit the new 2 Million target!!! xxx
Hi guys,
I am planning doing a skydive to raise some money towards the Archie Foundation Raigmore Chidrens Ward £1 Million Appeal.
They plan to raise the £1 million over two years and use it to completely redevelop the children's ward and turn it in to a world class centre for sick kids.
As most of you will know i have a very special reason for wanting to get involved, my beautiful little girl Emma has a very rare condition (so rare they don't know what it is!) and has spent a lot of time in Raigmore hospital going through various operations and has received first class care and support from staff.
Emma also had to spend over a month in Aberdeen sick kids where the Archie Foundation helped out by providing accommodation for me and at weekends for Bryan and Bob helping us to support Emma and each other through a really traumatic time!
Just now emma has to travel to Edinburgh sick kids every 6 months until she is roughly 15 for an operation on her spine. the redevelopment may (or may not) enable Emma to have this done in Inverness. these changes would not only be fabulous for us but for all the other sick kids and their families in the surrounding areas.
I am paying for the skydive myself so all money donated will go directly to this fantastic appeal so pleeeeeease sponsor me today!
