On 5th October 2014 I will be cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. The money you donate will help The Prince’s Trust support disadvantaged young people in the UK.

Almost a million young people are not in education, employment or training.  With your support, The Prince's Trust will help 58,000 young people this year.  Many of the young people helped by The Trust are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or they have been in trouble with the law.

The Trust’s programmes give vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work.

So please help me to raise money for this worthy cause.
