Bupa Great North Run 2012 · 16 September 2012 ·

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. These serious mental illnesses ruin and, too often, take lives. Our Helpline is available online or by phone for anyone suffering, as well as their family and friends.

Story

So, I'm officially running this years Great North Run!

The race is 22km of roads in and around Newcastle, and having never run anywhere near as far before, I'm going to have to train hard if I'm going to achieve my goal time of 2 hours 15!

I'm raising money for B-eat, a charity that offers help and support to those recovering from eating disorders, and need your help raising as much money as possible! Any donation, big or small would be greatly appreciated! Remember to gift aid so that B-eat can make the most of your donation :)
