I am 40 and far from a natural cyclist, infact, very scared. So I wanted to go some way to challenge myself to help this fantastic charity that effects and supports about 1 in 8 men in the UK, who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer at some point in their lives. 

No one knows how to prevent prostate cancer, but staying fit, at a healthy weight and keeping active are key to a better longer life.
