Hi my name is Amy Kempshall, im 16 years old and me and my nan (64) are going to cycle 180ish milles from Deal to The New Forrest in Hampshire. We have been training hard and are looking forward to our cycle in order to raise money for the worthwile charity Martha Trust.

I first got involved with Martha Trust when Betteshange Brass Band, a band i play in, started playing for them at christmas. We throughly enjoy our concerts there and are always made to feel welcome, and this is why we decided that Martha Trust Deserves and desperately needs our fundraising. The money donated will help to support Martha Tust and the people with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities for which they care for.

We will be leaving at 6am on Monday 27 July, taking pictures along the way which will be posted on my facebook as soon as we get back.

If we average 12mph the trip will take two-three days with 36hours of cycling.
