As my bezzies know, on my day's off from work I am the furniture in McDonalds and I won't get out of bed unless it is absolutley necessary. Things are changing! I am running to McDonalds and running back in time for Jeremy Kyle from now on! Joking!

I am running in the York 10k to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of Carol Weston, beloved Head Teacher at Knavesmire Primary School where my little Wesley attends. 

Recently, I have started to appreciate my own health. I will never know when I will be unable to do all the things that I love doing and being around those who I love the most. Each day is a gift.

I know some beautiful and brave people who have had their lives turned upside down due to cancer and other health issues, some of those I am so lucky to still have here with me. For those who are no longer with us, they will always live on through us in our hearts <3 xxx
