Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are all taking on the challenge of running Reading Half Marathon on the 1st April 2012 to raise money for the Me2 Club.  The Me2 Club is a fantastic local charity based in the Wokingham Borough which provides a lifeline for children and young people with additional needs and their families. £500 would enable the Me2 Club to train and support 25 new volunteers who enable the children to go to activities such as Brownies, Scouts, sports clubs, youth groups, swimming lessons and art sessions each week. The volunteers act as role models and mentors providing the support and guidance the children need to take part. These activties give the children an opportunity to develop their independence, gain confidence, make friends and have fun!! Your support will make a huge difference to the lives of the children the Me2 Club works with (<a href="http://www.me2club.org.uk/">www.me2club.org.uk</a>) Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
