Shift.ms is the social network for people with multiple sclerosis. Founded by MSers, for MSers, the charity supports many thousands of recently diagnosed people across the world, as they make sense of MS. It’s independent and it’s free.

Story

I've temporarily lost my mind and decided to spend 12 hours the Sunday before Christmas doing 12 hours of circuits. That's right, 12 straight hours of workouts which will no doubt include copious amounts of burpees...

Why? Well, I thought I'd burn my Christmas days calories before I actually consume them. That and because Shift.ms is an awesome resource and a valuable network of support.

Shift.ms is the social network for people with multiple sclerosis (MSers). We exist because a diagnosis of MS is life changing. It strikes when you’re in your prime.

Hearing from people like you helps you listen, adapt and take charge. MS doesn't mean giving up on your ambitions, just rethinking how to achieve them.
