Amy, Karen, my Mum and I are walking a half marathon on Saturday 13th October in memory and support of loved ones who live with Dementia. We all have personal stories and it is a cause very close to our hearts. 

We walked last year but this year it is a half marathon distance, plus on a personal level I’m doing this 3 1/2 months after having a baby. Granted, I’m no Serena Williams but it will be a challenge!
