Although you wouldn't know to look at him (apart from his occasional TOF cough!) Jacob was born with TOF/OA. Everyday brings new challenges for Jacob and us as a family but the help we've had from the TOF charity has been invaluable. Children with TOF/OA are fixed but never cured and we hope that this charity will be able to provide support for us and Jacob for many years to come.
