An informal rugby evening raising money for Help for Heroes (http://www.helpforheroes.org) and The Army Benevolent Fund (http://www.armybenfund.org) will be held at Smiths of Smithfield on 15 Sep 09 at 6.00pm. Kindly sponsored by Thomson Reuters & BAE Systems with the generous co-operation of Smiths of Smithfield, the event will consist of a quick presentation about the charities followed by a Q&A session hosted by Will Carling. Also in attendance will be Sean Fitzpatrick, Robert Jones, Scott Quinnell, Zinzan Brooke, Peter Winterbottom and, we very much hope, Phil Vickery. Feel free to ask the guys anything! There will also be a raffle and auction for some fantastic prizes with free bar and canapés served throughout. All this for £100 per ticket, so please join us for an evening of rugby banter and to help raise money for the H4H and the ABF.

Please note that less for a small charge to cover the costs of the food and drink, all proceeds will go straight to the charities due to the generosity of the players, Thomson Reuters, BAE Systems and Smiths of Smithfield.

Our target is £40,000 so please feel free to make a donation if you are unable to make it and pass this information on to others who may wish to attend. Tickets are strictly limited to 200 places so please book early.

PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM TAX WHEN BUYING A TICKET - Please ensure that when asked if you are buying a ticket, you select 'yes'. However, if you are unable to come and wish to donate as a taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
