Hello,
I have been lucky enough to have been chosen to be part of Team Mind for the 2022 UK Charity All Stars. It consists of a weekend of playing ice hockey against other teams raising money for charity too.

Having been through it myself and helped friends i am so glad to be able to give something back to the charity and raise awareness for it. It is something that is very close to me and also helped me massively. No matter who you are you will encounter some sort of mental health issue during your life time and so will people around you. 

Since being accepted into Team MIND I have lost a childhood best friend, who took his own life, on his own. Something that really hit home and has given me the determination to try my best to raise as much money and awareness for this charity. I have great pride in being able to do something so effective, while also doing something I love.

The team have raised over £65,000 in the past 2 years and we look to raise lots more this year. It has and will make such a difference to such a great charity.
