Having taken a  little break I’m now ready for my next run!

I’ve entered the ‘Run 2 the Beat Half Marathon’ at the O2 in London on Halloween Sunday. I’m running with a couple of my biker buddies from LondonBikers.com and we are raising funds for "London's Air Ambulance". This is a real worthy charity that are used across London every day. The amazing crew on the Air Ambulance is available 24/7 and deliver advance care at the scene of the accident. The London Air ambulance would like to extend their service to include a second helicopter, and for that they will need £3.9m per. I’ve not pledged to raise quite that much but your donation will help a great deal towards that target, so please donate generously.

If a worthy cause isn’t enough for you to part with your cash then how about this; I’ll be doing the whole run in a skeleton morph suit; in the spirit of Halloween! If anyone wants to come and support me I’d be delighted – a friendly face along the route is always much appreciated.
