We fund life changing research to change the future of spinal cord injury

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In March, I will be running a half-marathon in aid of Spinal Research.

Spinal Research are a great charity which fund research into Spinal Cord repair. There are over 60 of us running in the hope of raising money for this amazing charity.

So, why have I chosen Spinal Research?

The charity and its aims lie very close to all of our hearts. 11 years ago, my friend's dad was in a car accident which left him paralysed from the neck down. In a few moments, his whole life was completely changed by a spinal cord injury.

Every year 1,000 people in the UK are left paralysed by an injury to their spinal cord. Any money that you donate helps fund research around the world, along with campaigning to raise awareness about spinal cord inuries.

Please give as much or as little as you can; every penny will be massively appreciated!
