The celebrate the 1st birthday of Civilian Military Fitness, I will be dressing up all in pink and taking part in their 2 hour military style fitness class, to raise money for The Genesis Appeal.
This will take place at Worthington Park, Sale on November 1st 2009, 12.30-14.30pm.

Facts:

• 1 in 10 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime. A third of these will never be cured.
• Only 2% of all cancer funding is spent on research.
• It has been proven that exercise helps reduce the risk of developing breast cancer.

The Genesis “Keep Fit and Pink” campaign is a super fund raising idea which relates directly to the research being carried out at the Genesis Prevention Centre.
