After 12 months of bravely battling breast cancer, Rachel passed away on Saturday 8 October 2016. The funeral will be held at The Rosemary Chapel, Springwood Crematorium (L25 7UN) on Friday 21 Oct 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Rachel wanted everybody attending the funeral to wear something PINK. She also asked that they wear "a fabulous pair of shoes"!

Rachel has requested family flowers only. However, if you wish to make a donation, her chosen charities are: The Christie Hospital, Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and of course The Cats Protection (Trafford).
