So please dig deep and donate now to my chosen charity which is The Motor Neurone Disease Association.  A good friend of mine has recently found out that his mother has been diagnosed with MND and wanted to do my bit to help the charity.  They care for those with MND as well as work towards finding a cure and when 3 people in the UK are diagnosed with this every day we all need to help with that.

This will be the first time I have run in an organised race at this distance and I am going to be working hard with the training over these next few months so that I can put in a good time.
