South Wales Gay Men's Chorus commit to raise funds for a chosen charity every year and in 2015 are supporting Mind Cymru - The Mental Health Charity in Wales. 

Five of our most athletic members and I (possibly* our least!) have teamed up to run the Cardiff 10k in September to help boost our fundraising total.

I know it's not the hardest course in the world but I'm certainly not used to running any sort of distance so this should be a reasonable personal challenge and I hope very much to raise a substantial sum at the same time as putting myself through some physical pain (Which I'm sure lots of you would love to see). So, if you'd be so kind as to donate even a small sum to this very worthwhile charity then I'd be very grateful.
