Saint Malo to Laas (450mile cycle) 24th-29th April 2011

Some of you all may be aware that I lost my sister (Judy) to cancer and both my wife (Deborah) and my younger sister (Emma-Jane) have suffered from this terrible disease. Whilst ill they were supported by Cherry Lodge in Barnet, Herts.

As it is my 50th birthday this year, I, along with my friend Phil Helsey (who is also 50 this year) want to do something different and raise money for a local charity.

We are going to cycle 450 miles in 6 days through France. We will set out from St Malo on Sunday morning at 8:00am and plan to arrive in Laas ( near to Lourdes) on Friday evening.

I want to dedicate this ride to all 3 of them and raise awareness and as much money for Cherry Lodge as possible.

 

So please dig deep and make this challenge successful
