Last year I decided to take a chance and take part in the Prudential Ride London 160 Km cycle road race. With donations from very generous friends/colleagues, a total of over GBP 1000 was raised for UNICEF.

Stupidly maybe,  I have decided to go through all the training, pain and exertion again and have entered this years race which takes place in London on 31st July. Again I aim to raise as much money as is possible for UNICEF.

I am asking all my friends and colleagues to donate what they can so that UNICEF can take your very much appreciated donations and do what they do best............helping to ensure special protection for the most disadvantaged children - victims of war, disasters, extreme poverty, all forms of violence and exploitation and those with disabilities.
