Race to the Stones · 19 July 2014

Georgia Williams was a fun-loving active young woman whose life was tragically taken from her in May 2013, aged just 17. The Trust set up in her name aims to provide opportunities for young people in the Telford & Wrekin area to challenge themselves and broaden their horizons.... and to join in!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Together with my son, my brother and 3 friends, I have challenged myself to Race to the Stones. This is a 100k challenge along iron age trails in Wiltshire to be completed over the weekend of 19/20th July 2014. I have never done anything like this before . Last July, when I set this challenge for myself, I could not run 300 metres. I am working hard and on a training schedule with just 8 weeks to go. My longest walk/run to date has been 21k.

I have chosen to raise funds for the Georgia Williams Trust and hope that you can spare a little cash for them in support of this challenge.
