For the first two weeks of august i will be cycling the length of the country from Lands End to Jon o Groats. Im doing this for the raven trust, not a well known charity, but a very good one, supporting local communities in Malawi, a country very close to my heart. i've worked out there with the local people before, and the help they need is ongoing. Please support me and them
