As you can see I managed to finish!  I didn't break any records, my official time was 4hr 50, although my GPS watch said 4hr 42 so I'm claiming that!

This has been a big personal challenge for me and I definitely couldn't have done it without Irene, Ava, Maddie, Mum, Dad, Len and Dill.  My brother Jon and Stacey have also been a huge support along the way as has my running buddy Lucy.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who sponsored me.  Your faith in me spurred me on from 19 miles onwards - that is when I found it tough!  Without your kind words and show of support I am not sure I would have completed it!

I did this for a personal challenge but also as a gesture to two very special people.  I hope I made you proud Zach and Angela.
